About
The new church of Saints Cosmas and Damian was consecrated on 24 September 1989. Its bell tower, bells and roof were hit in the first attacks on Polača, and on 15 October 1991 the church was razed to the ground. The ruins were never rebuilt; they were left in place as a reminder of what the village went through. The site is also point six on the "Vrata Ravnih kotara" cycling trail.
