Sukošan lies on the coast between Biograd and Zadar. It is about 24 kilometres from Polača, roughly a 33-minute drive. Marina Dalmacija, one of the largest marinas on the Adriatic, sits beside the village. The shoreline has several maintained beaches, and Zadar is about twenty minutes further on.
