Sveti Filip i Jakov and neighbouring Turanj are the closest stretch of coast to Polača. The drive from Polača to the beaches is about 15 kilometres, roughly 20 minutes. Both places sit on the Pašman Channel, facing the island of Pašman, and are established resorts with maintained beaches along a seafront promenade. Turanj can also be reached on local roads across the fields, without using the motorway.
